) will host a conference call with senior management to discuss the Company's first quarter 2008 financial results. The call will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 11:00 am Eastern Time. The Company's earnings release announcing first quarter 2008 financial results is scheduled to be released to news services the evening of Tuesday, May 6, 2008.

The call-in number is 913-312-1463, confirmation code 1462187. A link to a simultaneous webcast of the teleconference will be available at www.capitalsenior.com through Windows Media Player Digital jukebox software for Windows from Microsoft that plays a variety of audio, video and streaming formats including MP3, WMA, CD audio and MIDI.
