9278 Communications Inc. (OTCBB:NTSE) is adding about $40 million in revenues.

NTSE recently signed a letter of intent to purchase SDI (Sohel distributors Inc.), out of NY. This acquisition should add an estimated $40 million in gross annual sales (1999 est.) into NTSE.

SDI has built a network of over 100 distributors which would be combined with 9278's existing distribution network, providing greater market penetration within the greater New York metropolitan area.

With this recent announcement, CRG feels that NTSE is a very undervalued stock trading at around the $3.50 range. CRG feels that NTSE will be trading around the $12.00+ range in the short term.

CRG also feels that Ultimate Direct (OTCBB:ULTC) is still a great buy down from about .95. We are hoping to see some interesting things from ULTC Soon.
