 BB: CVCX) announces that, effective immediately, it has changed its name to Cirus Telecom Inc. and its quotation symbol has been changed to reflect the name change to (OTC BB: CTLE CTLE Continuous-Time Linear Estimation ). These changes are pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in its February 9, 2001 acquisition of DMS (1) (Document Management System) See document management.
