:COF) today announced a quarterly dividend of 2.6667 cents per share Cents per share

The amount of a mutual fund's dividend or capital gains distributions that a shareholder will receive for each share owned.
 payable August 20, 2007 to stockholders of record as of August 10, 2007. The company has announced dividends every quarter since it became an independent company on February 28, 1995. Dividends declared by the company are eligible for direct reinvestment in the company's common stock under its Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan.
