Capital Hubble Announces the Closing of its Public Offering and the Completion of its Qualifying Transaction with Bigknowledge.

 VENTURE:HUB.P) announces that it has completed its public offering of 3,230,000 units at a price of $0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,615,000. Each unit is comprised of one common share of Hubble and one-half common share purchase warrant of Hubble. Each full Hubble share purchase warrant entitles its holder to subscribe to Verb 1. subscribe to - receive or obtain regularly; "We take the Times every day"

 one common share of Hubble at a price of $0.75 at any time on or before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on December 23, 2006.

Following the closing of the offering, Hubble has granted 258,400 options to CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) Combining data with voice systems in order to enhance telephone services. For example, automatic number identification (ANI) allows a caller's records to be retrieved from the database while the call is routed to the appropriate party.  Capital Inc., the agent, in accordance with the Agent's Option Agreement entered in between the agent and Hubble on June 23, 2005.

Furthermore, immediately after the closing of the offering, Hubble has completed its qualifying transaction pursuant to which Bigknowledge Enterprises Inc. (before the amalgamation, the "Corporation") and Hubble have amalgamated a·mal·ga·mate

 to form an amalgamated corporation having the corporate name Bigknowledge Enterprises Inc. ("Bigknowledge"). Pursuant to the amalgamation, 28,725,000 common shares of Bigknowledge have been issued in exchange for the common shares held by shareholders of Hubble and Bigknowledge.

Bigknowledge's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange TSX Venture Exchange

The members of the Bigknowledge's audit committee are Mathieu E. Desjardins, Michel Morin and Yvon Chouinard Yvon Chouinard (born 1938 in Maine) is a rock climber, environmentalist and outdoor industry businessman, noted for his contributions to climbing, climbing equipment and the outdoor gear business.

Chouinard is also a surfer, kayaker, falconer and fisherman.

The members of the Bigknowledge's remuneration committee are Andre Duquenne, Stephane Saintonge and Michel Couture.

Bigknowledge hereby confirms the establishment of a Stock Option Plan for its directors, executive officers, employees and consultants and announces the grant of 63,500 options to Mr. Mathieu E. Desjardins and of 200,000 options to Mr. Anthony Siregar at an exercise price of 0,50 $ per share, subject to the terms and conditions of the Stock Option Plan in effect as the date of the grant, in accordance with the information disclosed in the final prospectus Final Prospectus
