(Nasdaq: QVDX), a leading provider of software and services enabling Competitive Process Advantage, today announced that Capital Heath, one of Canada's largest health regions serving 1.6 million people, has selected Quovadx for its electronic health record (EHR (Electronic Health Records) Computerized medical records that bring patient care into the digital age and save time, money and lives. The push to adopt comprehensive electronic documentation between doctors' offices and hospital settings intensified after the RAND ) project. A long time Quovadx customer, Capital Health will use QDX Platform V Screen Rejuvenator to actively integrate nine health information systems (HIS) with the ALIGNDEX(R) software, an enterprise-wide master person index (EMPI) product of Madison Information Technologies, Inc., distributed by Quovadx. Within the next eighteen months, Capital Health intends to add three additional health information systems to its project plans.
