Capital Growth Holdings declares $.225 annual dividend on its Common Stock.


GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1997--Capital Growth Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") announced today that its board of directors declared a $.225 annual per share dividend on shares of its Common Stock for each of 1997 and 1998.

The first dividend payment is anticipated to occur as soon as practicable practicable adj. when something can be done or performed.  after June 30, 1997 to shareholders of record on June 30, 1997 for the first six months of 1997. Thereafter, the dividend is anticipated to be paid on a quarterly basis.

Ronald B. Koenig, chairman of the board of directors stated that "Management's goal is to generate a substantial return on investment for its shareholders from both current income and capital appreciation. The dividend is the first step in implementing this goal."

The company also announced that the company's Common Stock has been listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market's OTC Bulletin Board OTC Bulletin Board
