Effective Aug. 18, 1997, D. Dale Pinkney, founding President and CEO of Town & Country Finance & Thrift, will assume the position of Vice Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. Pinkney is credited with the organization of the group that gained control of Town and Country. Having served many years as an integral member of the board, he will assume a lead role in directing the focus and positioning of the organization. A former mayor of Turlock, Pinkney maintains an active role in his community. With Pinkney's assumption of this new position, Robert W. Perry will become the new President and CEO for Town & Country Finance and Thrift. Perry is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Banking Officer for County Bank. Assuming Perry's duties at County Bank will be Ed Rocha, Senior Branch Manager for County Bank and manager of the Turlock Office. Rocha, a veteran in the banking industry, became a member of the County Bank team in 1995. He is credited with the successful opening of the Turlock Office, located at 2001 Geer Road.
