 VENTURE:CPS) ("Capella" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Richard L. Bachman, Chief Geological Officer and Director has been appointed President of the Company following the resignation of Mr. Brian Gracey. Mr. Gracey will continue to serve as a Director of the Company. In addition to the appointment of Mr. Bachman, Dr. Michael P. Terry and Mr. Robert B. Ellis have both been appointed to the Board of Directors of Company.

Mr. Bachman is a successful manager with 26 years of experience in mining and mineral industry including 13 years of international experience. Mr. Bachman spent 22 years with Homestake Mining Company where his responsibilities ranged from mine operations to exploration. Mr. Bachman holds a Bachelors of Science in Geological Engineering Geological engineering is the engineering science of applying engineering principles to the study of geological materials as part of the engineering design of facilities including roads, tunnels, and mines especially as related to minerals and mineral products.  from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Dr. Terry is currently a Professor in the Department of Geology and Geological Engineering at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. Dr. Terry received a Doctor of Philosophy in Geosciences (2000) University of Massachusetts The system includes UMass Amherst, UMass Boston, UMass Dartmouth (affiliated with Cape Cod Community College), UMass Lowell, and the UMass Medical School. It also has an online school called UMassOnline. , a Master of Science in Geology (1991) University of Akron Enrollment in fall 2006 was 23,539 students.[1] The school offers more than 200 undergraduate degrees [2] and 100 graduate degrees [3]. Dr. Terry was employed by Homestake Mining Company in the early 1990's where his research was instrumental in defining a new geological model at the historic Homestake Gold Mine. More recently, Dr. Terry conducted post-doctoral research at Bayerisches Geoinstitut, Universitat Bayreuth, Bayreuth, Germany.

Mr. Ellis is currently President of Ellis Geophysical Consulting Inc., a company which provides services to the minerals industry. Mr. Ellis is a practicing geophysicist with 34 years experience and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geophysics from the University of Arizona (body, education) University of Arizona - The University was founded in 1885 as a Land Grant institution with a three-fold mission of teaching, research and public service. . Mr. Ellis was staff geophysicist with Molycorp, Inc. for 17 years and senior geophysicist with Meridian Gold Company for seven years. Mr. Ellis has consulted for many major mining companies including Barrick Exploration, Homestake Mining Company, AngloGold, Gold Fields Exploration Inc., Kinross Gold U.S.A., Inc., Meridian Gold Company, Coeur Explorations, and Agnico-Eagle.

Each of Messrs. Bachman and Ellis are qualified persons under National Instrument 43-101.
