Capella Education Company Names New Chief Financial Officer.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Lois Martin strengthens depth and experience of organization's senior management team

Capella Education Company, parent corporation of Capella University, an accredited online university headquartered in Minneapolis, announced today that Lois Martin, 42, has been hired as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Martin brings to Capella University nearly 20 years of finance and business experience at public and private companies. Prior to joining Capella, she served as chief financial officer and executive vice president at Minneapolis-based World Data Products, a worldwide provider of network and telecom solutions. Previously, Martin was senior vice president and chief financial officer for St. Paul-based Deluxe Corporation, the nation's leading check and business forms company.

Martin serves as a board director of ADC Telecommunications, Inc. (Nasdaq:ADCT). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Minnesota. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Augustana College.
