Capcom Adds New Executives to Senior Management at U.S. Headquarters; Company Establishes New Mobile and Interactive Division.


SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Capcom(R), a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games See video game console. , today announced the appointment of new members of senior management, and the creation of a new operating division. Joining the Capcom USA headquarters are Mark Beaumont, senior vice president of sales and marketing; Midori Yuasa, general manager and senior vice president of the new mobile and interactive division; and Michael Rubinelli, vice president, business development/third party product acquisition and development. The new executives will report to Hiroshi Tobisawa, president of Capcom Entertainment.

Mark Beaumont joins Capcom with an extensive industry background that spans more than 23 years. Midori Yuasa heads up Capcom's new mobile and interactive division as general manager and senior vice president. Yuasa and her Los Angeles-based team will establish Capcom in the mobile entertainment industry by bringing Capcom products to mobile phones in North America. Yuasa joins Capcom from Sony Pictures Digital Sony Pictures Digital, first known as Columbia TriStar Interactive, then Sony Pictures Interactive Network (or SPiN), is known as the digital website interactive creator for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) that was established in 1997.  where she served as executive director of mobile business.
