 industry, today announced its appointment of Diane Schueneman to its board of directors. Ms. Schueneman, age 57, is the former senior vice president and head of Merrill Lynch's $4 billion Global Infrastructure Solutions group. Her appointment is effective immediately.

Ms. Schueneman is acknowledged as one of the financial industry's most influential technology and operations executives. During her more than 36-year career at Merrill Lynch, Ms. Schueneman was responsible for the technology, infrastructure, client services and worldwide operations of the firm's Capital Markets and Private Wealth & Asset Management divisions and oversaw o·ver·saw
