Updated Web portal offers advanced archival system for messages and reports, additional search capabilities and new report views for increased visibility

The new version will offer users improved visibility and access to their data. The changes and enhancements to the application were entirely based on customer feedback and focus groups conducted with current users.

Capario's portal helps submitters, including vendors, providers, billing groups and labs, streamline revenue cycle management processes and minimize A/R days through real-time services, including pre-service eligibility verification, claim submission, electronic remittance advice and business analytics reporting.

The updated portal version includes:

* Additional report views showing more detail related to payer payment on claims;

* Advanced searching capabilities for remittances through queries such as charge amount minimum and maximum, allowed amount minimum and maximum, and paid amount minimum and maximum;

* An improved centralized mailbox with an archival filing system to store all portal messages, past reports and remittances; and

* An updated user interface offering a more intuitive experience for clients.
