"We have acquired ten properties in the last five months in areas experiencing strong economic growth, all at a significant discount to replacement cost. Through our yield management programs, we were able to drive our average daily rate which led to significant gains in net income. Finally, our renovation schedule remains on track and we anticipate that current projects will be completed in the first quarter of 1997."
