CapStar Hotel Company Plans to Enter Conference Center Business With Acquisition of The Forrestal at Princeton Hotel & Conference Center.

), a leading hotel investment and management company, today announced that it has signed a contract to acquire the 290-room Forrestal at Princeton Hotel & Conference Center in New Jersey from a partnership between Circa Capital Corporation and Amstar Group, Ltd. Consisting of a single four-story building with five wings, the Forrestal overlooks a 25-acre wooded setting in Princeton University's master-planned Forrestal Center Business Park. The highly regarded conference center offers approximately 35,000 square feet of dedicated conference space wholly contained in one of the property's wings. The center is composed of 33 meeting rooms, including 2 board rooms, 22 breakout rooms, 7 conference rooms and 2 auditoriums.
