A co-sponsor of Institute 2007, CapMed is offering attendees complementary licenses to its Online Emergency Personal Health Record (EPHR). Accessible via CDs distributed to all attendees, the EPHR allows healthcare consumers to record information related to demographics, conditions, medications, allergies, medical devices, emergency contacts, and insurance information. Using the 'Invite Others' features, users can provide access to all or part of their health information to caregivers, providers or others through secure URL.
