(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :KAP) today announced that it has priced the sale of 3.25 million shares of its Common Stock by some of its stockholders at $28.00 per share. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted to the underwriters an option to purchase within 30 days on the same terms up to an additional 487,500 shares of Common Stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
