: LSE LSE - Language Sensitive Editor ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock and per limited partnership unit for the second quarter of 2009.

The Company's Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.5078125 per share of 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.
 (NYSE: LSEPrA) for the second quarter of 2009.

Both the common and the preferred dividends are payable on July 15, 2009 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2009.
