Heralds Bright Future for TradeMotion Solutions in Europe

), a marketplace and software solutions provider for the automotive parts industry, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, world-renowned Consulting and Information Systems integrator.

Under this agreement Cap Gemini Ernst & Young will leverage Parts.com's TradeMotion solutions in the European OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  market.
