Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and CommTech Corporation have joined forces to provide communications service providers (CSPs) with real-time, end-to-end flow-through provisioning solutions for existing and next-generation networks. The alliance will combine CGE&Y's Convergent Integration business strategy and IT services offerings with CommTech's FastFlow(R) Suite across various solution sets.
