Canyon Software's Drag and File '95 Receives Two Awards in Annual Shareware Industry Competition.

Drag and File '95 was named "best utility" and "best 32-bit application" based on its extensive file searching and hard disk management capabilities. The program allows users to select files from multiple directories and work on them simultaneously; copy and drag-and-drop files from multiple windows in a single operation; tag directories and view listings across drives; and view listings of the contents of entire drives.

Canyon Software was founded in 1988 to provide full-featured file management utilities for Windows-based environments. In addition to Drag and File, the company offers Drag and Zip, which manages compressed files and archives with extensions of ZIP, LZH (filename extension) lzh - The filename extension for a file produced by the LHA program. , GZ and TAR entirely from within Windows, and Drag and View, a file viewer Software that displays the contents of a file. File viewers are a quick way of looking into different types of files without having to open each application that created them. A general purpose file viewer is capable of displaying a wide variety of document, database, spreadsheet and  that views database, spreadsheet, and word processing files, and functions within the clipboard to copy, move, or delete.
