:BB CYNA) has announced a two-for-one split of the bank's common stock approved by shareholders at their annual meeting this week.

All shareholders of record as April 26, 2004 will receive one additional share of common stock for each share owned on that date. "The additional shares will be mailed on May 12, 2004 to shareholders," said Canyon National Bank President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. The stock split is the first for Canyon National Bank, although it has previously issued three 5 percent stock dividends.

At its annual shareholder meeting, current directors of Canyon National Bank were re-elected to another term, including:

Canyon National Bank has been recently ranked as a "Super Premier Performing Bank" based upon 2003 operating results, by The Findley Reports.

The bank reported record net income of $562,000 for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004 -- an increase of $159,000 or 39.5 percent compared to income of $403,000 for the same period in 2003.
