Canwest Announces Alignment of U.S. Representation.


TORONTO -- Canwest Broadcasting announced today the alignment of sales representation for both Conventional and Specialty stations in the U.S., effective September 1, 2009.

Canadian Television Sales (CTS (1) (Clear To Send) The RS-232 signal sent from the receiving station to the transmitting station that indicates it is ready to accept data. Contrast with RTS.

) will expand their responsibilities to sell all Canwest Specialty channels to American advertisers, while Impulse Media Sales Inc. will continue to focus their attention and skill on representing all Global Television stations. Each company will have the ability to place advertisers on the appropriate corresponding web sites.
