Lutnick, chairman and chief executive officer of Cantor Fitzgerald and eSpeed, Inc., in an official statement.

"This new location will support our future growth and provide a long-term foundation on which we can continue to build on our success."

The landlord of 110 E. 59th St., Burt Resnick & Sons, was represented in-house by Burt, Scott and Peter Resnick.
