Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., and Its Subsidiaries Raise over $6 Million on Fourth Annual Charity Day.

NEW YORK & LONDON -- Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., a leading financial services provider to the institutional equity and fixed income markets, and its subsidiaries announced today that over $6 million was raised on its Fourth Annual Charity Day held on Monday, September 12, 2005.

This year's charity proceeds will be donated to benefit those families who lost loved ones due to Hurricane Katrina, families of people lost on September 11, 2001, leukemia and cancer research, as well as a variety of other charities.

Soon after September 11, 2001, Cantor Fitzgerald stated it would distribute 25% of the firm's profits that would otherwise be distributed to partners for five years and provide ten years of healthcare for the benefit of the families and loved ones of its 658 Cantor Fitzgerald, eSpeed and TradeSpark employees lost on September 11, 2001. To date, the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund has raised and distributed over $160 million.
