) Monday announced that the company was granted an order of final decree.

The order releases Canton Industrial from Ch. 11 bankruptcy.

Canton Industrial's former management filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition for relief on Feb. 22, 1988. Since June 1992, new management has worked diligently to bring Canton Industrial out of bankruptcy.

Stated Richard Surber, president of Canton Industrial, "Today's announcement is indicative or our commitment and hard work. With the already announced 3rd Qtr. earnings and now the company's emergence from bankruptcy, our future prospects are bright."
