The main item on the agenda was the changing of the company name from The Canton Industrial Corp. to CyberAmerica Corp. The company feels the new name better reflects the company's entry into the market for 21st Century virtual business systems and coincides with its emphasis on continuing to aggressively develop Internet products and services. " and will be effective when the Exchange receives a copy of CyberAmerica's amended Articles of Incorporation The document that must be filed with an appropriate government agency, commonly the office of the Secretary of State, if the owners of a business want it to be given legal recognition as a corporation. . This amendment passed with 81 percent approval. Also on the agenda was the election of Richard Surber, Philip Lamb and Lorin Pace to the board of directors. Each of the nominees was currently serving as a director and all were reelected, with 82 percent approval.
