) will hold a conference call on Wednesday April 4, 2007 at 11:00 AM ET, to discuss the purchase of GE Water & Process Technologies' water dialysis business announced today. Participating in the call will be Charles M. Diker, Chairman; R. Scott Jones, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. ; Andrew A. Krakauer, Executive Vice President and COO; Craig A. Sheldon, Senior Vice President and CFO See Chief Financial Officer. ; and Curtis Weitnauer, President of Cantel's Mar Cor Purification division.

To participate in the conference call, dial (877) 407-8035 approximately 5 to 10 minutes before the beginning of the call.
