, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has announced that the Board has formed a search committee and retained an executive search firm to identify a successor to James P. Reilly, 66, President and Chief Executive Officer, who has advised the Board that he will retire upon the expiration of his employment agreement on July 31, 2007. Mr. Reilly indicated that if a successor is appointed prior to July 31, 2007, he will step down at that time. Following his retirement, Mr. Reilly will provide part-time consulting services to the Company for a five-year period, as contemplated by the terms of his employment agreement.
