Cantel Medical Appoints Seth R. Segel Senior Vice President - Corporate Development.

CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE:CMN) announced today that it has appointed Mr. Seth R. Segel as Senior Vice President-Corporate Development.

Mr. Segel has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as a Senior Associate at Broadview International LLC, a boutique investment bank, and as an Associate Consultant with The LEK Partnership, an international consulting firm specializing in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Segel has also served as Managing Director of LiveTechnology Holdings, Inc., a spin-off of Jupiter Media Metrix Inc., a media measurement and analysis company, where he was Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. Mr. Segel earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
