) announced today that it has appointed Mr. Seth R. Segel as Senior Vice President-Corporate Development.

Mr. Segel has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as a Senior Associate at Broadview International LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
