CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NASDAQ: CNTL) announced today that it has appointed Javier Henao as Senior Vice President & General Manager, Renal Systems Group, at Minntech Corporation, Cantel's wholly-owned subsidiary located in Minneapolis, MN.

Mr. Henao was formerly with Baxter Healthcare Corporation for 25 years, where he served, among other positions, as Vice President and General Manager, Mexico & Central America, President, China / Hong Kong and, most recently, as President of Baxter's Renal Division in Europe. Mr. Henao's extensive experience in general management, international operations, as well as finance and administration, places him in an ideal position to direct the future growth of Minntech's Renal Systems Group.

Mr. Henao received his bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Loyola University in Chicago.
