Canon U.S.A. forms office products division through merger of home office and professional office products divisions.

LAKE SUCCESS, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1996--

James J. Rosetta Named Director and General Manager

Canon U.S.A., Inc., in a move to improve organizational efficiency and customer relations, announced today that it has merged the company's Home Office Products and Professional Office Products Divisions to form the new Office Products Division.

The Office Products Division markets Canon U.S.A.'s full line of products for consumer and small business use, including black and white and color copiers, facsimile machines, multifunction equipment, word processors, typewriters, and calculators.
