Planet Green, a company that provides ink jet See inkjet printer.  and laser cartridge recycling recycling, the process of recovering and reusing waste products—from household use, manufacturing, agriculture, and business—and thereby reducing their burden on the environment.  services, has acquired a 30,000-square-foot Chatsworth industrial property for $4.4 million.

The company, currently located in Canoga Park, buys empty inkjets and lasers and old cell phones from community groups such as schools, churches and non-profits as well as individuals, refills and otherwise recycles and resells them.

Loan Tool Box has leased a 15,000-square-foot space in Westlake Village in a 6-year deal valued at $3 million.

Cosmetics company DuWop inked a deal for 30,000 square feet of space at 15001 Oxnard St. in Van Nuys.

The 10-year lease is valued at more than $3 million.

The Glendale-based company was represented by Larry Twomey, a broker with Lee & Associates-L.A./Ventura North.

Randall Kobata and Mike Tingus represented the landlord, a private investor.

Respond First Aid Systems has acquired a 7,500-square-foot industrial property in the city of San Fernando for $1.2 million.

The company will relocate its headquarters, currently in Glendale, to the new facility, located at 599 Fourth Street.

The 40-year-old Toluca Lake Car Wash is being marketed for sale.

The property sits on one acre of land and is being marketed at an asking price of $5,995,000. In addition, a parking lot of 14,000 square feet across the street from the car wash has been put up for sale at $2,390,000.
