Cannondale Signs With Genosys Technology Management.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 29, 2001

Genosys Technology Management, a leading provider of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure management services, announced today that it has been selected by Cannondale Corporation to manage the leading aluminum-frame bicycle manufacturer's wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.

Under the three-year engagement Genosys will provide Cannondale with remote monitoring (protocol) remote monitoring - (RMON) A network management protocol that allows network information to be gathered at a single computer.
