The first-person narrative

First-person narrative is a literary technique in which the story is narrated by one character, who explicitly refers to him or herself in the first person, that is, using words and phrases involving "I" and "we".
 lends immediacy to the story. Nicky Talacko ably narrates with subtle yet telling accents for the various characters. The lilting interludes at the beginning and end of each CD are mostly gentle guitar riffs, with a final jangling jan·gle
