Cangelosi makeover for 20 Exchange Plc.


Metro Loft Management announced that 20 Exchange Place has completed its transformation into one of the Financial District's most luxurious residential rental buildings, offering modernized mod·ern·ize

 amenity spaces specially designed by Vincent Cangelosi, founder of interiors and landscape design firm CDA (1) (Compact Disc Audio) The compact disc file extension that is seen on the computer in Explorer or some other file manager. CDA files are actually pointers to the locations of the individual tracks on the CD medium. See CD-DA. .

Jack Berman, vice president of Metro Loft Management, owner and developer of 20 Exchange, said, "Our newly designed amenity spaces complement the building's rich history and modern upgrades, so that renters can enjoy the conveniences of urban living within a warm and inviting residential environment."

Located on the building's 19th floor, the amenity spaces include a residents' lounge an adjacent billiard bil·liard

Cangelosi designed the lounge with Art Deco-inspired shapes and textures, as well as plush seating and rich finishes in a color palette Also called a "color lookup table," "lookup table," "index map," "color table" or "color map," it is a commonly used method for saving file space when creating 8-bit color images.  that includes deep blues, grays and blacks. The glamorous space was outfitted with striped Wolf-Gordon wall coverings and custom furniture,.

Inspired by the circular patterns utilized within common Art Deco art deco (ärt dĕkō`; är dākō`, ärt) or art moderne (är môdĕrn`, ärt)  designs, CDA used circular tables and mirrors, as well as carpeting with a broken circular pattern throughou. CDA also modernized the adjacent sundec.
