Candie's, Inc. (Nasdaq:CAND) ("Candie's") today announced that it has appointed Richard G. Danderline as Executive Vice President Finance and Operations.

Jack Needham will remain as Vice President Finance.

Mr. Danderline has developed a strong background in finance and operations during his extensive career that spans over 20 years. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of AeroGroup International, Inc ("Aerosoles"). During his 13-year tenure at Aerosoles, Mr. Danderline was responsible for finance and operations, as the Company grew in sales from $7 million to $150 million. Prior to Aerosoles, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kenneth Cole Productions Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. is an American fashion house founded in 1982 by Kenneth Cole. Born in Brooklyn, Cole is a graduate of Emory University. He originally named the company Kenneth Cole Incorporated in September 1982 and planned to showcase his new line of shoes during , Inc. He was part of a management-led leveraged buyout leveraged buyout, the takeover of a company, financed by borrowed funds.
