Candela Expands Share Buyback Program.

WAYLAND, Mass. -- Candela Corporation (NASDAQ:CLZR) announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the previously authorized share buyback program. The Company is now authorized to repurchase up to 2,300,000 shares, including shares remaining available under the earlier program and the newly authorized shares. The current repurchase program represents approximately 10% of the Company's outstanding shares.
