MISSISSAUGA, North Western Territories--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 2, 1996--SAT(TSE,ME:SAT.) ONE TOUCH Systems Inc. (OTS) of San Jose, California, has appointed Cancom Business Television (BTV) as the exclusive provider and integrator of OTS interactive distance learning (IDL) products in Canada.
