Cancer file given to husband; HEALTH.THE devastated husband of a woman who died after her breast cancer was misdiagnosed put his concerns to the Health Minister last night. Angry Karl Henry told Mary Harney the A&E department where his wife was treated is "dysfunctional". He wants an independent review of his wife Ann Moriarty's care and fresh examination of other recent cases. He was given a copy of a HSE-commissioned review of his wife's case by the breast care team at University College Hospital, Galway.
