Canadian mission takes 30,000 sf.

With the leasing of 30,000 square-feet to the Mission of Canada to the U.N., Peregrine White has completed 100,000 square feet leased in 1 Dag Hammarskjold Plaza this year.

Previous transactions were the Mission of France to the U.N. for 32,000 square feet and the Population Council for 43,000 square feet.

Canada will occupy the entire 14th and part of the 15th floor, France the entire 43rd and 44th floors and Population Council the entire 7th and 8th floors.

The aggregate rental of the transactions exceeds $50 million.

Harper-Lawrence, Inc. is the agent for 1 Dag Hammarskjold Plaza. Tower Plaza Associates, a Lawrence Ruben Co. Inc. Partnership, owns the building.
