Fugro Jacques GeoSurvey's Inc. of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Dartmouth (2001 pop.: 65,741[0]), founded in 1750, is a community and planning area of the Halifax Regional Municipality, a provincially designated Metropolitan Area, and a former city in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia. , using the geophysical survey vessel, the M/V M/V Motor Vehicles M/V Motor Vessel M/V Merchant Vessel Anticosti, have been contracted to conduct wellsite survey field work on the "Mariner" block at additional "Mariner" Project drilling locations. The wellsite survey work is scheduled for mid-August pending obtaining a Geophysical/Geological Work Authorization approval for the program from the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board ("CNSOPB CNSOPB Canada Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board "). Completion of this survey work is one of several ongoing engineering and procurement activities which have been initiated to progress the drilling of our next 'Mariner' Project exploration well. We anticipate completing this offshore wellsite survey work in August." The next "Mariner" Project well will be the second well drilled on Exploration License EL 2409 acquired by Canadian Superior in November 2001 for a work expenditure bid of Cdn. $15.5 million. The "Mariner" block (EL 2409), on which three large prospects have been identified based on seismic interpretation, encompasses a total area of 101,800 acres and directly offsets five significant discoveries near Sable Island including the ExxonMobil Venture natural gas field.
