Octagon Capital Corporation acted as agent for the majority of the financing. The total financing provides for the issuance of 7 million flow-through common shares at a price of $1.50 per share. Proceeds of the issue will be used to fund the company's projects Offshore Nova Scotia and to fund new exploration prospects in Western Canada, including its recently announced multi-well program updip from the Ladyfern gas field in Northwestern Alberta.
