A Ministry of External Affairs press release said that External Affairs Minister S.M.Krishna would call on the visiting dignitary at Hotel Oberoi at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. Thereafter, Premier Harper will call on the President Pratiba Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhawan. At noon, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha L.K. Advani will call on Premier Harper.he Canadian Prime Minister will lay a wreath at Rajghat, the memorial of Father of the Nation, Mahatma mahatma (məhăt`mə, –hät`–) [Sanskrit,=great-souled], honorific title used in India among Hindus for a person of superior holiness. This will be followed by a signing of agreements and a joint press conference. On Wednesday, Premier Harper will visit the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple in East Delhi and then leave for Amritsar. He will return to Delhi later in the evening and emplane for Ottawa later in the night.
