:CNI) will webcast investor presentations by CN President and Chief Executive Officer Paul M. Tellier and Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 tomorrow, May 30, starting at 4.30 p.m. Central Time (CT).

The broadcast, along with copies of text presentations by CN's senior executive officers, will be available on CN's web site, www.cn.ca. Mr. Tellier will speak first, followed by Mr. Harrison.

The webcast site, http://www.cn.ca/webcast20010530/, will be accessible at 4.30 p.m. CT May 30. Copies of investor presentations will be available at the same time by accessing www.cn.ca/investors and clicking on 2001 Investor Meeting.

An internet replay of the broadcast, along with copies of presentations, will be on CN's web site until midnight June 8.
