") is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of the Nevis Gas Plant and associated facilities from Western Facilities Fund.

The Nevis Gas Plant is 100% owned and operated by CMSL, has a processing capacity of 150 mmcf/d and offers customers a full range of services including transportation via a gathering system consisting of 300 kms of 4 to 12 inch pipelines, inlet inlet /in·let/ (-let) a means or route of entrance.

CMSL is a private Calgary-based midstream company that specializes in the acquisition, construction and operation of energy processing and transportation facilities. With the addition of the Nevis facilities, CMSL owns 350 mmcf/d of natural gas processing Natural gas processing plants, or fractionators, are used to purify the raw natural gas extracted from underground gas fields and brought up to the surface by gas wells. The processed natural gas, used as fuel by residential, commercial and industial consumers, is almost pure  capacity, 800 kms of gathering system and currently processes 210 mmcf/d. With an extensive background in all aspects of the exploration and production business, the company has the experience and understanding necessary to provide creative and innovative energy solutions to its customers.
