Construction activities will commence during the first quarter of 1997 on the "Moose Rapids" project, which is expected to cost $2.6 million. The project will generate cash flow of approximately $0.3 million per year under the terms of a long-term sales contract with Ontario Hydro. First sales to Ontario Hydro are expected in the fall.
