The total quantum of the claim in Canadian 88's estimate is less than $100,000.00 and Canadian 88 has been advised by counsel that the claim is immaterial and without merit. Canadian 88 questions the motivation of the Financial Post reporter Claudia Cattaneo for reporting on this matter and where once again Ms. Cattaneo has improperly reported on the Company without comment from the Company by stating in this article that Canadian 88 plans to sell the assets and use the proceeds to pay for a major production purchase.
