Canada admits HIV-positive immigrants.


Ottawa--In 2003, Canada admitted nearly three times as many HIV-positive immigrants as it did in 2002. That year, Canada became known worldwide for allowing so-called same-sex "marriages" and equal status for the homosexual lifestyle. Newly released data show that being HIV-positive rarely hinders people from entering the country. Since 2002, only 13 percent of 953 infected in·fect
