Western Canada, commonly referred to as the West . The restructuring will eliminate a total of approximately 200 full-time and part-time administrative positions in ThunderBay, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon Saskatoon (săskət  n`), city (1991 pop. 186,058), S central Sask., Canada, on the South Saskatchewan River. , Edmonton, Calgary and
